Silent Hill f is a grueling survival horror experience, and like many of its kind, it comes with various items and consumables to make surviving just a little bit more feasible. As players explore Ebisugaoka and beyond, be sure to check drawers, containers, and other nooks and crannies for items to keep you healthy.
You’ll find roughly three types of items in the game: items that are only consumables, items that are consumables and can be enshrined at hokoras in exchange for Faith, and items that are only offerings. This guide will focus solely on the first two categories.

Best Consumables in Silent Hill f
Since inventory space is limited in Silent Hill f and is only increased through rare upgrades found throughout the game, players will need to be picky when choosing what items they carry. Reserve one slot for a high-value offering-only item (comb, carcass, etc.), and keep the others for powerful consumables that can be stacked.
- Healing: Prioritize Bandages that can stack up to three and greatly restore health over Red Capsules. Keep one First Aid Kit or alternatively, Inari Sushi.
- Sanity: Divine Water is by far the best Sanity replenishing item over Ramune due to lessening Sanity damage. Keep a stack of three.
- Stamina: Keep a stack of three Higashi with you for any fights that you can’t avoid.
- Tool Durability: One stack of Toolkits is plenty enough. Avoid taking fights you don’t need to take to preserve weapon durability.
